Web site Designing / Development Details
- A web site design is a composition of many media elements like text, photographs, animations, audio & videos etc.
- We prefer to acc pet soft copies of all input materials preferably via email. Specially text materials needs to be double checked before using it any web site. This not only improves the quality of Webster but also saves a lot of time doing corrections.
- Kindly send different input materials as per the following list of file type :
- Text & tabular data : .txt, .rtf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .htm
- Photographs : .jpg, .png, .gif, .tif, .bmp
- Vector Graphics (for logos etc) : .eps, .cdr, .ai
- Audio : .mp3, .wav, .avi
- Video : .flv, .avi, .wmv
- In case of dynamic web site such as ecommerce website we charge separately for adding all products and its description in the shopping carts unless it is mentioned in the quotation. As the number of product in such web sites are unlimited.
Web site Renewal & Maintenance Details
- At AVIWEB we register domains always on the contact details provided by client, unlike most of the other service provider where service provider register domain on there own name, clients face hard time in case they want a change in service provider. Due to this you will start receiving automated renewal alert 45days in advance. We will also inform you via other contact methods also like phone, sms & chat.
- It is a good practice to renew domain and hosting in advance. Remember no matter when you renew your domain the validity starts only after expiry date. It is strongly recommended to keep the domains renewed for multiple year so that you never loose your domain name.
- Cost of renewal varies upon different hosting package you choose. As a policy matter we always mentioned these details in our quotation.
- A domain name can be renewed with 2 weeks even after expiry, but we strongly recommend you to avoid this.
- Web site AMC charges varies upon frequency of updation and complexity involved in it.
